Why we exist
Renovations rarely fail in the workshop. They fail in the inbox - quotes in Gmail, updates in WhatsApp, diaries that disagree, prices that never quite got a clear yes.
Zennic started with people who had missed the morning: a small team in Manchester building the workspace they wished they'd had when multi-week kitchen and install projects lived across six tools.
What we build
One project file for the whole job. Quotes become milestones. Every price goes through the same review chain - contractor, designer, client - with a date stamp. The studio and the client share one diary, in language each can actually read.
Five stages, same shape every time: survey, prep, installation, finish, handover. Not boards and tickets. Not same-day callout software stretched over a six-week fit.
How we work with studios
We're in invite-only beta. We onboard a handful of studios at a time, set up the first live job or next quote with you, and walk pricing through on the demo before you'd ever pay a penny.
