Who we are

Zennic Ltd ("Zennic", "we") provides project‑management software for design & install studios. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us at hello@zennic.dev.

What we collect

When you book a demo we collect your name, work email, studio name, and anything you write in the message field. When you use the product, we process the project data you and your collaborators enter.

How we use it

To arrange and run your demo, to provide and improve the service, and to contact you about your account. We do not sell your data.

Analytics & cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages bring studios to Zennic - but only if you allow it. Nothing is sent to Google and no analytics cookies are set unless you choose "Allow analytics" on the banner; declining leaves the site fully functional. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie choices" in the footer.

If you arrive from a link with campaign tags (for example a search ad), we note the campaign and search term it came from. If you then book a demo, that context is included with your request so we know how you found us.

Where it lives

Customer data is hosted in the EU (Ireland). We use a small number of processors (hosting, email) under data‑processing agreements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. Email hello@zennic.dev and we'll respond within one month.
